Cajun chicken pasta

I hadn't had much luck with the Pioneer Woman's recipes (nothing personal, the food just seemed a little bland), until we made her Cajun chicken pasta.  The spicy cream sauce is delicious (duh, cream!), and we loved the fresh tomatoes tossed in with the rest of the veggies.  This one is a keeper!

02.02.09 Creole meatloaves

Dinner tonight was Creole meatloaves with trinity gravy from Rachael Ray. I served ours with salad and cheese straws from Silvek's Bakery.
