We made chicken parmesan with pepperoni from Food + Wine magazine for Sunday dinner this week. It was a huge hit - everyone loved the addition of pepperoni to this classic dish. Robert said it was the best chicken parmesan he's ever had, and will probably be asking for a repeat next week!

Chicken parmesan with pepperoni
We made chicken parmesan with pepperoni from Food + Wine magazine for Sunday dinner this week. It was a huge hit - everyone loved the addition of pepperoni to this classic dish. Robert said it was the best chicken parmesan he's ever had, and will probably be asking for a repeat next week!

We had this for dinner tonight and it was really good! I actually cooked:) I love chicken Parmesan and this was a really good one and not hard to make! It will be a regular at our house for sure! E
