We had these roasted tomato and pepperjack grilled cheese sandwiches for dinner last week. They are SO simple to make and taste like a delicious combination of bruschetta and grilled cheese. Mmmmmmmmm!

This blog began as a way for me to make a record of recipes we tried and enjoyed, so I could have a quick reference for meal ideas to fill the week. For the first few years of marriage, my cooking repertoire consisted of pasta, pizza, and grilled cheese sandwiches. Then I started watching the Food Network, and everything changed. I developed a hobby for cooking, and have tried hundreds of recipes since. Most of my recipes come from cooking shows, food magazines, and other blogs.
