Dinner tonight was White Pizza from Cooking Light. I was surprised we liked it for two reasons: 1) it's meatless (Robert), and 2) there isn't any marinara sauce (me). Just a couple of notes - I prepared the crust like I do for all of my pizzas: used a refrigerated Pillsbury pizza dough, sprinkled cornmeal on the baking sheet for crispness, brushed the crust with olive oil, and pre-cooked for 8 minutes. Delicious!

01.05.09 White pizza
