02.23.09 Blackened chicken pizza

Dinner tonight was Rachael Ray's blackened chicken pizza. This is one of our all-time favorites. The spices on the chicken are perfect, and the yellow tomato salsa is irresistible! (Sorry I don't have a picture - I was without my camera for a few days). But trust me, you HAVE to try this one!
