Double-chocolate cranberry cookies

I baked double-chocolate cranberry cookies this week from Everyday Food magazine. These cookies are rich and chocolaty, and the dried cranberries add a bit of tartness. I halved the recipe and made 8 very large cookies. I also took a shortcut and melted the chocolate in the microwave instead of on the stovetop - don't tell Martha!

(The recipe link isn't on their website yet, but I'll add it as soon as I see it. For now, you can just visit the magazine's site here for other recipe ideas.)
