I can't remember if I've posted these before, but they're one of my favorites and deserve a repeat if I have. This is a recipe for pumpkin whoopie pies from Rachael Ray's magazine. These are simple to make and are DELICIOUS. The recipe says to make 12 generous mounds of batter for 6 large cookies, but these are pretty rich, so I make more, smaller versions (usually 28ish mounds for 14ish cookies). This is definitely one of my favorite fall recipes!!
