Italian chicken soup

Our second successful Pioneer Woman recipe this month- we're on a roll!  This time it was her Italian chicken soup.  I used boneless skinless chicken breasts and baked them in oven instead of poaching them in the broth.   This soup is hearty, spicy, creamy and delicious!

Made this tonight and it was yummy! Pioneer Woman's recipe didn't indicate what size box of pasta to use...and at Kroger the ditalini pasta was in a 1 pound bag so that is what I used. I think maybe half of it would be sufficient. I don't often make pasta soups and we thought this was really good. The parmesan shavings were the perfect topping!
