This grilled sandwich recipe is from Cooking Light. Only substitution we made was using olive oil instead of butter on the outside of the bread.

This blog began as a way for me to make a record of recipes we tried and enjoyed, so I could have a quick reference for meal ideas to fill the week. For the first few years of marriage, my cooking repertoire consisted of pasta, pizza, and grilled cheese sandwiches. Then I started watching the Food Network, and everything changed.
