05.29.09 Buttermilk-brined pork chops

This recipe for buttermilk-brined pork chops doesn't sound very glamorous, but I was intrigued by the reviewers who raved about how the buttermilk mixture tenderizes and flavors the meat and decided we should give it a try. I'm so glad we did - it's delicious!
