Asian chicken noodle soup

We made Asian chicken noodle soup last week, a recipe from Cooking Light. This was my first time cooking with lemongrass, which gives the soup it's unique Asian flavor (I found it in the produce section at Whole Foods). This was a simple yet flavorful soup.
