Pulled pork sandwiches (slow-cooker!)

Dinner last night was pulled pork sandwiches cooked in the crock pot. My grocery store was out of pork shoulder roast, so I substituted a 4-lb pork loin. The meat was juicy and tender - leftovers were fantastic, too!

Tried this last night and it was SO good! Also, I had enough to freeze for another day! Thanks for the great recipe!
