
Dinner last night was
Mediterranean summer pasta. This recipe was a little out of the box for us - uncooked pasta sauce? I usually drown my spaghetti in hot marinara, but I was willing to give this a try. And I'm glad we did - it was interesting, in a good way! (Oh, and I omitted the olives- personal preference).
