Pumpkin snickerdoodles

This cookie recipe combines two of my favorites - pumpkin and snickerdoodles- so I knew it would be a winner. They are light, fluffy, and full of yummy goodness. This recipe makes 4 dozen, so it's a great one for teacher gifts, neighbor gifts, office parties, etc. That is, if you can stand to part with them...

This blog began as a way for me to make a record of recipes we tried and enjoyed, so I could have a quick reference for meal ideas to fill the week. For the first few years of marriage, my cooking repertoire consisted of pasta, pizza, and grilled cheese sandwiches. Then I started watching the Food Network, and everything changed. I developed a hobby for cooking, and have tried hundreds of recipes since. Most of my recipes come from cooking shows, food magazines, and other blogs.
