
This recipe for
honey mustard meatloaf is from Everyday Food. I am usually not much of a meatloaf person, but Robert and I both love this recipe. The mini loaves are the perfect portion size, and I served ours with salad and rolls. Most of the flavor comes from the honey-mustard mixture, so lay it on thick!

Yum! Dad and I had these for dinner tonight. I accidently mixed all the white cheddar into the meat, but I added a bit more on top anyway. :-) Next time I'm going to double the honey mustard-ketchup topping..we like it saucy!
