Lunch today was Italian Paninis from Cooking Light. These sandwiches have the classic combination of tomato, mozzarella and basil, with the added goodness of prosciutto. No substitutions or changes to mention - they were delicious!
This blog began as a way for me to make a record of recipes we tried and enjoyed, so I could have a quick reference for meal ideas to fill the week. For the first few years of marriage, my cooking repertoire consisted of pasta, pizza, and grilled cheese sandwiches. Then I started watching the Food Network, and everything changed. I developed a hobby for cooking, and have tried hundreds of recipes since. Most of my recipes come from cooking shows, food magazines, and other blogs. We try about 4 new recipes a week, but I only blog the ones we love. I love to hear from others who try the recipes and appreciate all comments. Welcome to Lindsay's Menu!!
