I made
Oreo truffles this weekend for game night, and they were a huge hit. This recipe is very simple - only three ingredients! I used a little bit less than a full package of Oreos (I couldn't resist snacking on about 6 of them), and I used a potato masher to mix the crushed Oreos with the cream cheese. (A spatula just wasn't working - and to be totally honest, Robert mixed it for me. It takes a little muscle). I dipped half of mine in semi-sweet chocolate and half in milk chocolate, and while both were delicious, people preferred the semi-sweet.

Oh, my! These look delicious. You will just have to make some to share with all of us. Gary brought home some cake balls at Christmas that someone at Smith-Caldwell gave him - I told him that they were forever banned at our house! I'm sure these are every bit as delicious.
These are delicious! Linds gave me the recipe, but I dipped them in white chocolate instead. I was really pleased and so were my neighbors!
can I just say that I love you!! I am joining a dinner co-op like the one they talked about at Moms N More and I will be using your blog to help with my menu planning!!! :) Thanks!
