I baked chocolate truffle cookies for our Bachelorette watch party this week. These were soft, fudgy and delicious! Mine look like little snowballs because I sifted confectioner's sugar on top instead of rolling them in it - that was the lazy way to do it, which I prefer. :)

Hey Linds! I just read Debbie's food blog post and you have to read the 3rd comment on coffee dipped oreos! I sounds amazing and it would be perfect for a bachelorette party!...I might have to come to this one!
