Grilled nectarine bourbon ice cream


I made Rachael Ray's grilled nectarine bourbon ice cream a few weeks ago, and wasn't sure if it was worth a post on the blog. If I make something that is just so-so or below average, it doesn't make the cut for the blog. This recipe was a split decision, though - Robert liked it, I did not. The bourbon flavor is very strong, which I didn't particularly like. If you enjoy that flavor... then this is the ice cream for you!
