Hello, 2010!

Well, apparently my New Year's resolution needs to be to post more often on the menu blog! I have lots of reasons (excuses?) for my lack of posting lately. I won't bore you with them, but the holidays were chaotic as usual, and now I'm ready to get back on the wagon. SO, here are a couple of new recipes we've tried lately that get our seal of approval. (served on a salad of romaine lettuce, pear slices and slivered almonds)

Hi Linds! I make this White Christmas chili every year and love it...great choice! I love to put cilantro and sour cream on top and eat it on a cold night. Yum!
