Steak with chimichurri marinade and roasted asparagus


We made Bobby Flay's steak with chimichurri marinade and Giada de Laurentiis' roasted asparagus for dinner this week. I made a few changes based on personal preference - we used NY Strip steaks vs Rib-eye, and I omitted the mustard sauce because we wanted the chimichurri flavors to really shine. We love chimichurri so much we would have eaten this marinade with a spoon! Great, herb flavor on the steak, and the roasted asparagus is SO easy!
