We made Cooking Light's caprese wraps with chicken for dinner earlier this week. We love caprese salad as a side dish, so it was genius to add chicken and make it an entree! We usually make our caprese salad with balsamic vinegar, but this recipe calls for white wine vinegar - I think they would be delicious either way.
