Dinner tonight was meaty quesadillas from the latest issue of Food Network magazine. This recipe was SO EASY, and they were so delicious! Now I know some of you tease me when I say a recipe is easy or has simple ingredients - but trust me, it doesn't get simpler than this! Robert loved these so much, he asked for them to be in regular rotation around here.
