We love a good sandwich in this house, and this prosciutto and mozzarella panini from Emeril Lagasse definitely delivered! It was simple to make, and ready in minutes. A great weeknight recipe when you aren't in the mood to cook! We get our ciabatta bread from Silvek's, the bakery in the Heights Kroger - it's our favorite.
