Cinnamon bun pancakes (for real)

Dinner tonight was cinnamon bun pancakes, a recipe from the Pioneer Woman and her Tasty Kitchen blog. These. were. fantastic! The Pioneer Woman says the maple-butter icing is optional... but in my humble opinion, it is required. So sweet and delicious. Now the only question is... were these dinner? or dessert? I think both.

This blog began as a way for me to make a record of recipes we tried and enjoyed, so I could have a quick reference for meal ideas to fill the week. For the first few years of marriage, my cooking repertoire consisted of pasta, pizza, and grilled cheese sandwiches. Then I started watching the Food Network, and everything changed. I developed a hobby for cooking, and have tried hundreds of recipes since. Most of my recipes come from cooking shows, food magazines, and other blogs. Oh my ! We will definately have to try these!! To me they are dinner and satisfy my sweet tooth at the same time:). Yum! E
These were so good! definitely don't need dessert afterwords!
