Spanish chicken and dumplings


We tried Rachael Ray's spanish chicken and dumplings last week. We enjoyed this twist on a classic, but made a few changes of our own: 1) I omitted the mushrooms because I don't like them, 2) we used about 1/2 lb of chorizo and thought it was a good amount, and 3) in hindsight, we should have omitted the extra salt in Step 2 (the chorizo sausage adds plenty of salt). Overall, a good dish!
