Steak with parsley-garlic butter and scallion sweet potatoes

We celebrated the sale of our old house this weekend with a big plate of meat and potatoes!  We had a repeat of the rib-eye steaks crusted in salt and pepper, but this time we added a dollop of parsley-garlic butter on top.  Side dishes were scallion sweet potatoes from Food Network Magazine and more of those fontina cheese crostini from earlier this week.  We usually just bake sweet potatoes to death and eat them plain, but we loved this twist on our favorite potato.  Plus, everything cooked on the grill, so no pots and pans to clean!

The flavored butter was a nice touch. I loved the sweet potatoes too - and i usually just like mine baked. Would definitely make this again.
