My sweet tooth was aching this week so I made a batch of these lime sugar cookies from the My Baking Addiction blog. These are delicious and I've been eating them a handful at a time. :) In hindsight, I probably should have halved the recipe - this made at least 6 or 7 dozen... then I stopped counting!
